Android 4.4 KitKat Icon Pack for Samsung Galaxy Y GT-S5360

For those of you who don't know, the Nexus 5 along with Android 4.4 Kit Kat have been released. Just days after that, the launcher was leaked but unfortunately it requires you to have an Android version of at least 4.1 and above.

A workaround for this would be to obtain the icons, make them into a flashable zip and then use them with a ICS/Jelly Bean look-a-like launcher. KnightlyNinja from xda-developers forums has already done that.
Just like any other icon pack, this one also simply replaces only the png files for the apps' icons and does not replace the whole app.

After trying this out on a TouchWiz launcher, the results weren't that good but if you use a launcher such as Holo Launcher, you might get pleasant results. The icon pack is also offered in two versions. The first one has a few icons replaced, and the second version a bit more, with a little different style.
The icons replaced are not just the dock icons, but the Settings, Camera, My Files, Gallery, Calendar, etc.

Download Links :

4shared - Kit Kat Icons v1
4shared - CWM.zip

Instructions :
1. Download the zip file to your sdcard
2.Switch Off your Phone
3.Boot into Recovery Mode by Pressing Volume up + Home + Power Key Together
4.Here Touchscreen Does not work Use Volume button to Scroll and Home Button to Select
5.Select "Apply Zip from Sdcard"
6.Locate and Select CWM.zip
7. Head into mounts and storage and just make sure that /system is mounted
8. Go back, choose to install zip from sdcard
9. Select choose zip from sdcard
10. Now locate the zip file and choose it
11. Choose Yes to confirm when asked
12. Reboot

Before starting let me tell you something about SWAP. Swap is a virtual RAM and is a small chunk of the storage device kept aside and to be used as RAM.

Instructions :
Step 1:
Partition your SD card.
You can partition your memory card using the MiniTool Partition or using the ClockWorkMod.

Using MiniTool Partition:
-Connect SD card to PC using card reader
-Open partition wizard and search for your card
-Just right click on your card and click delete partition and click at apply.

-Open advanced settings and select Debugging.
-Click on partition card and select a partition size.

Step2:
Download the swapper2 app and install it on your device. After completion of installation open the swapper 2 app and go to Menu -> Settings.

Step 3:
Set the swap path to /SD card/swap.swp if you don’t want to create a mess.

Step 4:
Set a swap size (we would recommend 32 MB) and then set the swapiness (we would recommend 10 MB).

Step 5:
Now click on Safe unmount and then remount.

Note:
*Above method was for the kernels which does not support swap partition
*For the kernels that support swap partition
-Check on use swap partition
-Then select swap partition

Step 6:
After you set the preferences, go back and click on “ON ” to start swap. And then reboot your device.

Step 7:
To ensure that you that you have successfully installed Swap, then install and open the ADB Terminal or Shell Emulator.

If the screen shows ‘0’ in swap line then the swap is not being
installed. And if the fields are filled then Swap is installed in your device. So, in this way you can increase the RAM of Samsung Galaxy Y s5360.
